If your building is already “on net” then we can normally install FTTP within 10 working days.

If your building is “off net” and you require an “on demand” connection then there are a number of factors that can impact the time it takes to implement FTTP so while we indicate that it will take on average 40-50 working days, in reality this will depend on the outcome of any site surveys we conduct and whether any works are needed that will require the input of outside agencies, such as local councils or landlords.
FTTP suppliers typically operate their own networks and enable cabinets based on demand in the area.
